The Handcannon is a cut weapon from Zombie Master

The Handcannon is a famous pistol that was cut from the final version of Zombie Master for unkdown reasons, all it is known, is that it was replaced by the Revolver for balancing issues because it seemed too overpowered.

Trivia:

In an Alpha Zombie Master picture, rotinaj can be seen running with a Handcannon

The Handcannon had the same sounds of the Desert Eagle from Counter Strike Source.

Unlike in Counter Strike Source, the ZM Desert Eagle had a cartoonish appearance.

Unlike other cut weapons, the Handcannon is very rare in custom maps, even with mods.
